Depends what it is, honestly. Money is the main thing for all the powers that be. If you seed a bunch of old and obscure shit, who cares. If you are downloading and seeding current and popular shit, at a high rate, then yes. Maybe. Basically if you just look like some mega-fan of something (like you download a shit ton of anime) youll be fine. But if it looks like you might be bootlegging, and making money, theyll come after you. They just don't want to taking their money, that's the bottom line. Most people don't like all aritsts of all genres, and all movies of all genres, etc. So if someone is downloading and seeding literally everything its more likely for an illegal bootlegging business than for personal use.
