there will be no vaccine. its just like HIV hijacking the immune system through antibodies. recovering from the virus will make you more susceptible to getting sick again its also like dengue fever. when you get sick again it acts like Ebola causing hemorrhagic fever and internal bleeding. once you have antibodies to this disease and a immunity your body doesn't ramp up immunity the second time you catch it and the virus is more lethal. the only treatment I seen is using the antibodies from people who recovered from this to add on your current antibodies because the body doesnt bother ramping up immunity after it recognizes the virus.
