The etsy guy will make you a pair of pants tailored to size, and per most reviews has always either gotten it right the first time or made adjustments for free. When you factor in that most people who might drop more than $100 on something like that are already paying for diapers (which are an expensive fetish by themselves), it’s not quite as big a hit on the wallet.
