Is $5 tip on a $65 bill acceptable?
Is $5 tip on a $65 bill acceptable?

no 15% or 9.75 would be minimum gratuity
the system is bad
hell naw
Nah, at least 10% unless the service was absolute shit. Also why do you keep posting this shit?
shut the fuck up and get a real job. You are not getting $10 for me for writing down my order and giving me a debit machine, which you're going to get the order right 50% of the time anyways
a 0% tip is acceptable.
If you cry about your pay.. get a better job
sage
No it perpetuates a broken system
fuck off
people have to work through school baka
that's way to much where I live.
we usually never tip, or tip about 10 cents. it goes about 1 to 5 dlls on more fancy restaurants
I don't think the customer should be expected to tip. Why is it that the burden of the employee's salary is the burden of the customer and not the establishment. US is like one of the only countries where tipping is expected, completely fucked.
based and red-fucking-pilled
Being a bitch with food on a tray does not mean you make $50 an hour.
Self absorbed cunts
maybe your service sucked. possibly because you suck; and that 5 bucks is only out of pity
The only correct answer.
I dont care what anyone says, when i go out to eat im tipping you $0
If you're outside the US, absolutely
If you're inside the US and your server is making
Did you make two trips to my table? Did you refill my drink more than once? I pay for service not percentage.
Please don't go out to eat in the US, they are 100% reliant on tips to not starve
>people have to work through school baka
Most college graduates never get a career in their field. It's a scam. Stop buying into it.
Then they should unionize.
If your service is crap, it's more than fair
>Please don't go out to eat in the US, they are 100% reliant on tips to not starve
What's their union doing about the virtual slavery their members are in?
I never want to see this thread again as long as I live. How can I make that happen, anons
this is how they save money on cost of food. would u pay 20 dollar for burger? no because ur to cheap to even tip nigger.
it does, just raise the prise of the food and pay the staff minimum wage ffs
why does it matter that tip percentage is based off the price of the food that I pay? You're literally doing the same amount of work that someone who pays 25 dollars to eat will. Fuck percentage she can keep the 5 dollars or give it back to me if she's going to be an ungrateful bitch about it.
servers do not want this system to change, they can make upwards of $20 an hour in a medium size city
Hard agree. Depends on how many items they ordered. Drinks. How many times did you have to run to the table? What kind of restaurant is it? Did they order drinks and bloat the bill?
Any tip is acceptable.
Its a reflection of your service and how well you perform.
Fucking pussy millennial thread...
YOU FUCKING SNOWFLAKES THINK YOU ARE ENTITLED .
GD I get tired of this generations whining.
