You need to obtain the determinant, is
3k*[2*(-3) - 3*2] - 1*[2k*(-3) - k*2] + (-1)*[2k*3 - k*2] = 64
Just out of curiosity, where are you from? Just country, nothing especific.

64 = 3K [-12] -1 [-8K] -1[4K]
64 = -36K + 8K - 4K
64 = -36K + 4K
64 = -32K
64 / (-32) = (-32) K / (-32)
-2 = K
