I'm all for "whatever floats your boat" but that normally includes consent and a critter certainly can't and won't consent to being killed. honsetly tell your parents, your lil bro needs professional help asap. Well first of all, you don't know that your brother is getting sexual pleasure from this. He might just be a mild sadist, or just experimenting with sadism, or going through a phase of it.
