its really not that bad. that ones big enough you probably cant just bring it to a tub easy, but general doll cleaning is a quick douche and dry within about 5min.
other maintenance for TPE is occasional reoiling(not all that often really, 4-6months on average) and powdering which would be typical of any doll.
id probably suggest whatever storage your using to have the bottom lined with memory foam so it doesnt deform on you.

cornstarch is generally best. litterally just in the cooking isle.
oil for TPE dolls is generally "white mineral oil" from what i hear as a best option. Its just really pure mineral oil. Oiling just keeps the material soft and supple and can be used as lube as well. Too much oiling(like if you did a full body wash and oil every week) can lead to the material breaking down a bit, but newer decent quality formulations seem to be pretty resistant.

ahh that, dolls made from decent manufactures either dont have a smell or loose that initial smell quickly.
after that they are pretty neutral. scented babypowder or washing the wig in a preferred scent can help drastically at that point.

as the one user mentioned, alchohol will in fact dissolved a tiny bit of the top layer of TPE. If your not soaking and leaving it in there for an extended period its probably safe enough for a single wash like that, but do keep that in mind and you want to then wash off any residue as quickly as you can manage. In general i actually soak my onaholes with it for disinfecting every 3-6m and dissolve a few microns of the top layer of material each time(as evidenced by the cloudy soup that comes out after).
mineral oil itself is antimicrobial(in that stuff cant live in it) so you could just do that instead since its typically safer for the material.
combining a soap and water wash initially, mineral oil rubdown, and a 1week minimum period of it being isolated and your probably 99% safe. The week isolation is if your especially paranoid.
