X-Site Energy Services
All her austic screehing and guess what? Nothing changed! Waste of oxygen that brat is.
She is emitting carbon monoxide. If she wants to help the environment she should hold her breath forever.
This is THE perfect argument ever.
>Edgy man child triggered by a teenager
You folks over the right are pretty stupid and are easily offended by a teenager. Climate change is real, and you guys aren't counter culture, just idiots
When are you abusive assholes going to stop feeding this poor girl puberty blockers?
I support Greta.
In reality, it's people like you who are the real idiots, because you changed the discourse from a climate that is ever changing (pretty much nothing in nature stays the same) to an idea that there is such a thing as a stable climate, an idea that the climate has always been the same and now, because of humans it has changed.
When in reality, it has always changed, it has never been stable (of course you will have to look at it for hundreds of thousands of years) but the change has been slow although constant.
Greta isn't even the first teen girl that has talked about environment at the U.N. and claimed that "... it is up to us [the children] to make a change" and that "... you [the people in government] aren't willing to make an effort to change what is needed."
>"And then he said, I am a concerned citizen grounded in science. But climate change alarmism has gone too far."
>You folks over the right are pretty stupid and are easily offended by a teenager. Climate change is real, and you guys aren't counter culture, just idiots
Why are they such crank magnets? Next thing we're going to see is corona denialism.
I've certainly never said that.. I think your movement selecting psychiatrically disordered, and obviously abused child as a representative, has said everything that's needed
Derp Derp Derp Girl
Nice post. Difference between early 90s and now is a bunch of protests and a spiritual leader.
Your move, fossil capital.
She selected her self. And we followed.
Remember that Greta can see you touch your penis in the dark and she can tell if you haven't washed your hands after toilet visit.
She can't select herself.. only followers can do that or there's a lone idiot shouting at no audience. A psychiatrically disorders school-girl best represents your position.. yeah, good luck with that.
Funny that you posted Jordan Peterson.
His advice is that if you feels bad, man you do something. Greta didn't want to relapse into depression, so she did something. And how!
She certainly did, but that doesn't mean that by necessity, that is going to result in good things for others.. it might. I'm very happy she's sorting herself out, but society doesn't need to agree with your psychological crutch. It doesn't mean, it has value beyond your own personal space - it's about puling yourself back up by the bootstraps
Sure she's done that. It doesn't mean that the internal leverage she used has value beyond her head
No, difference is that in the 90's what kids thought was irrelevant in the grown up world, mostly due to lack of knowledge and understanding. Now kids seem to know better than their parents, and this is starting to be consensus.
Also, in the 90's, when teen girls said "you have ruined my life" it was an indication that perhaps the parents had done a good job, in perhaps taking a difficult but ultimately good decision.
Now, let's play with this idea, that skipping school and miss out on education is good, because you're doing it for what you believe is a good cause. Well, 10 years from now, that teen is a young adult.
With lack of knowledge you are easily manipulated. And the media who has supported you and your cause, why would you ever mistrust them? So for the past 10 years they've been influenced by those (ok, so there's at least two sides working each other, so let's say some) who built the ideological foundation that they've built the beginning of their adult lives. Now they are people who vote and makes the "truth" for the following generations.
I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if there are people to this day believe that Iraq had WMD's.
The world we have today is built on what people believed yesterday.
Yeah, only that there has been several half-failed attempts at starting a global push for reversing the climate change. She was the right person at the right place. Simplicity and comfiness!
You just spent five minutes saying "no u"
Didn't trump say that the heat would kill the virus?
>Now, let's play with this idea, that skipping school and miss out on education is good, because you're doing it for what you believe is a good cause. Well, 10 years from now, that teen is a young adult.
She graduated with mostly A and a few B.
>I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if there are people to this day believe that Iraq had WMD's.
So? The are unimportant.
And there's an intersting fact that the fossil capital still had 17 months to become the sensible adult in the room. In a way they already had, because at this year's Davos, the billionaries listened to her.
Greta is the name of a piece of equipment they own
>Didn't trump say that the heat would kill the virus?
Don't know. Regardless, he's pretty much Denier-in-Chief now that makes everyone miss GWB.
>Greta is the name of a piece of equipment they own
fucking autist language
>it gets screaming hot
it's literally a large water heater
Why doesn’t she stop school on a Wednesday or a Thursday?
serious question but when is she going to be deemed as a threat and banned from countries/arrested?
she points and picks random places that don't make sense and decides to demonstrate there. some locals turn up but mostly supporters from local university cities travel just to demonstrate and she ends up causing havoc for no reason.
The climate has always changed but earth has not been habitable to humans during all that time. The climate is now changing very rapidly and there is very little doubt that it is a result of humans releasing carbon into the atmosphere. In the very long run we may make the planet again unlivable for humans. In the shorter term we just make it increasingly hard to survive which lowers our standard of living.
She probably just wanted to avoid that darkie teacher that showed up on fridays.
Please. It's only you posting these threads. For shame. What a loser. Pedophile. But I'm here for the planet
Sure, you select with your own discretion. But don't be surprised if that comes back against you. A psychiatrically disordered, abused school-girl.. really?.. that's the best you've got, and you're expecting others to take you seriously? .. yeah.. good luck with that
Not talking about her. I'm talking about how the discourse is turning to "old people either doesn't know better or they know better but doesn't change anything" and "the kids knows best, we are the future, also skipping school is a good idea".
You ignore the fact the she's a puppet, so naturally she could focus on school, also she has parents who ate semi high in societal status, so it's not relevant for kids in middle and especially lower classes who can't just skip education without consequences.
>WMD's are unimportant
They were the reason for going to war, they were the reason that Tony Blair could do a 180 on that going to war with Iraq would be illegal.
U better be trolling, otherwise consequences will never be the same.
Shes not retartet!
Ah, you have scratched the surface. It isn't about saving the planet, it is about saving us. Well done.
Although rich people doesn't starve.
Fixed it for ya
No, user. It is "Skolstrejk för klimatet". :3
Is this what you would call a double foul?!
Should I learn swedish? Can learn swedish get me a cool scandinavian english accent?
>Not talking about her. I'm talking about how the discourse is turning to "old people either doesn't know better or they know better but doesn't change anything" and "the kids knows best, we are the future, also skipping school is a good idea".
Ever heard about time preference?
>You ignore the fact the she's a puppet, so naturally she could focus on school, also she has parents who ate semi high in societal status, so it's not relevant for kids in middle and especially lower classes who can't just skip education without consequences.
No, she's not a puppet. She has agency. You're right about class. She has good parents with money.
But that doesn't really matter. Her swedish detractors pretended to care about her by going MUH TAX MONEY etc.
That was 17 years ago! No one cares about who believed what in 2003! We can't rewind history and pretend that Yellow Caek never happened.
Some report that in order to bring everybody up to the same living standard as the well developed countries, it would take two more planets to sustain. If this is true, then what we are talking about is that Africa will have starvation for a long time. And for every progress the west does when it comes to improving the climate, will be countered by every progress made when it comes to end starvation. It will be +1, -1. In the mean time the rich get richer and the poor go poorer. And, forever the poor will argue amongst themselves for what they believe. And as long as nobody questions the media, it will be "ok".
Her parents were already famous so it actually started with people who had enough money to turn their kid into a celebrity
>Fool me once, shame on you.
>Fool me twice...
>Should I learn swedish?
Yeah, it's cool. It's very tonal.
Then there's the case of prosody where a native reader of swedish doesn't need any punctuation but the language is like an everflowing river where the reader knows when to pause for breath while reading it aloud for an audience.
>Can learn swedish get me a cool scandinavian english accent?
>Her parents were already famous so it actually started with people who had enough money to turn their kid into a celebrity
Even if you're right, so what?
The boy in the photo was molested by a gang of men who dragged him into an alley
and now he's tryina find them cos he enjoyed it
and wants to do it again
That picture in a nutshell lol
>Listening to an autistic 16yo
You really are sheeple
100 000 years from now, by the time of the next ice age, by the same rhetoric, people will be arguing that we need to drive more cars, burn more fuel to slow down the cooling effect of the planet.
People who are "climate aware" are funny. They believe that by turning of the electricity at home for a day makes difference, still drive an electric car all year.
It's like Clinton v. Trump again. People believed they were smarter than the others just because they could see that Trump was a bad choice. And that meant the others were stupid or ignorant of the fact.
>posting in wrong thread
>we can't be perfect
>so let's show how realistic we are by polluting and not care
pathetic simp cuck defending a puppet
>We come to a better place when we die, so why take care of this dump?
Greta isn't mediocre.
Oh, just like the prime minister in Australia...
if you look at the situation realistically and not idealistically, even the West makes serious efforts to change, it's going to be hard to tell developing African nations that they're going to have to wait several decades until we develop reliable renewable energy sources until they can be prosperous
Lots of things to do and everything counts. For instance, we could use solar power to split sea water into hydrogen and oxygen and store it in liquid form. The flipside is that for every 1 J you get from burning hydrogen is that you need to spend 4-5 J on cracking the water. But if we use solar power, it's free energy. And getting liquid oxygen makes the burning even more efficient.
Solar power doesn't need any rare and exotic earth minerals that may fuel conflicts and are pollutants in themselves. You could use molten salt solar plants.
Or you could just build nuclear energy reactors as they do provide the cleanest and most efficient electrical power generation ever developed.
or every other christian/islam/jew
>She can't select herself.
And that idea is why you'll never amount to anything, user.
And then they're run for 4x their projected service life by untrained tards at minimum wage.
Gif is 4 U! :3
This time we will do it right!
I am so glad Larry David is working again!
only other picture i have of her
She was born a male, wasn't she?
No, just autistic.
No. And the only who enjoys the "transinvestigation"-clip are Kiwifarms fodder who enjoy listening to hypno.
Post the doll nudes
Much like all of the nuclear power systems on every nuclear powered battle ship and submarine in military service today
Solar energy is inherently inefficient and getting worse because of China flooding the market with cheap and lousy panels. Further, you cant smelt the silicon for the panels without the heat of natural gas and or propane gas.
So, burn stuff to make clean energy.
No no, that was confirmed fake. You're so fucking stupid because you fell for it...
GOD you sure are fucking stupid. Yes you are.
Don't need any of that. As a matter of fact, solar power is very old. During the Little Ice Age, garden walls was used to give fruit trees as much heat as possible.
We don't need any silicone and rare metal shit panels. Just a polished surface directing sun to a molten salt generator or a stirling engine that runs a generator.
go away boomer
I'm going to use my imagination with this one
>Just a polished surface
Made of polished metal perhaps?
Molten salt power generation is presently on par with cold fusion, so as to say, neither work reliably.
The nuclear power systems on military battle ships and submarines work perfectly well, and many of them manufactured by General Electric cooperation.
Re-invent the wheel, or just go buy a new tire?
Which is easier?
