Steven Universe.

Samurai Jack.

Legend of Korra

Sym-Bionic Titan
Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot
Or do you mean even shorter?

Please don't lie to OP.
Steven universe it good, but it is NOT an action show, and it is NOT short.

Superman:The animated series.

Second.

Flash Point > Under the Red Hood > The Killing Joke > every other shit superhero movie

Cyber Six maybe. It never really finished. I think it got between 6-8 episodes on it.

batman returns/son of batman/court of owls

>as good as B:TAS and Avatar
Impossible a cartoon can't simultaneously be both that fantastic and that shitty.

>it took this long to mention The Spectacular Spider-Man

Cred Forums is truly beyond all hope

Aeon Flux

Phantom 2040

These are the only two good answers in the thread.

Watch these.

The Maxx
Moral Orel
Freakazoid
The Drinky Crow Show

Superman:TAS

Cowboy Bebop

This for sure. Everyone says it turned to shit once it got the full episode format but they're all liars.

>Moral Orel
>action

Only recent thing that really holds up to B:TAS

Define short?

Justice League
JL:Unlimited
Batman Beyond
Cowboy Bebop (despite it's Cred Forumsness)
Megas XLR

BONUS:
Not as good, but the OLD IGPX Pilot miniseries I think was cool.

>su
>good

There i said it so no one has to

How short we talking?
If you want really short, take a look at Xiao-Xiao.

>TKJ
>even being considered
Terrible taste, famigo

>he gets all the ladies pregnant in the first episode
>no action
user... it was just subtle like nature

...

Justice League and Justice League Unlimited.

This and Mighty Max come to mind.

Green Lantern TAS? It's only short because it got cancelled, though.. Otherwise, Samurai Jack.

This. I wish I had given it a chance sooner. I originally skipped over it because I didn't like the CGI.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Gargoyles yet. That and Samurai Jack are my choices for you.

Even as someone who likes the show, I can tell you're baiting.
1. It's not an action cartoon
2. It's 4 seasons long.

Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

Green Lantern: The Animated Series

I tried B:TAS since Cred Forums keeps praising it and I couldn't even finish the first season.

I might have liked it with the low standards that comes with being a kid, but I certainly don't today.

All the actions scenes are so slow paced and boring.

The Maxx
Samurai Jack
Brave and the Bold

BTAS is definitely too campy and very kiddie. The show's opening sequence is amazing and some episodes are excellent, but overall the tone is too serious to be taken humorously and too cheesy to be taken seriously.

The Maxx and Samurai Jack fix this by being more serious (but still funny) and Brave and The Bold fixes this by being more funny (but still having serious moments)

BTAS is just overhyped because it was a landmark series for its time, and the art is amazing, but most of it is junk.

Giant Robo: The Day The Earth Stood Still

BTAS has high highpoints and very very low lowpoints.

STAS on the other hand never hit that same high or low point, with the BTAS-crossover as it's peak.
It's why I prefer STAS desu.

It isn't that the full show is shit it's that the shorts are superior.

Beautiful night!

>Brave and the Bold
came to this thread to post that

The maxx and aeon flux

>The Maxx =//= Action

Reboot

...

If I knew it was this easy to get (you)s, I would've done this years ago.

Jackie Chan Adventures
Wakfu
...RWBY?

There really aren't enough action cartoons.

SPECTACULAR SPECTACULAR

SPIDER-MAN

Gargoyles

> Opinion
> Fact

Here's your (You)

Cowboy Bebop, only 26 episodes.

I just watched it for the first time, it definitely lived up to its reputation.

If you've never watched Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League/Justice League Unlimited or Batman Beyond, go watch them immediately.

Other than that? Try Green Lantern: The Animated Series or Symbionic Titan

Show wise I think there was a really good short Transformers show. If OP is into giant robots fighting

Lots of action Animated Movies thankfully

I suggest Heavy Metal. It's a classic and a great movie to watch while high as shit

Trailer for Reference.

this

Danny Phantom
Justice League: The New Frontier
Star Wars: Clone Wars (2003)

Second for Gargoyles. Just be wary of the Goliath Chronicles. Disney dumped the original writers/creators and hired new ones for the last season before cancelling the show.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure OVA (13 episodes)

>that was nearly 20 years ago
>this shit still happens

Why?

get out while you fucking can

Adding onto this with watching the first 9 episodes of the 2012 Anime for context purposes.

Transformers: Prime was actually very good, and better, the human kids aren't quite as annoying as they are in every single transformers show in the history of forever.

I wish I knew, user.

Wakfu.

the 90s spawn series.

I can't

Totally Spies

Why do you hate this artist so much?

I thought MJ being cool was illegal before watching this.

And gif related is one of the lewdest things I've ever seen.

13 episodes.

And yes, it's a good action show. Could have been great if it was allowed to be longer.

>BTAS-crossover as it's peak
Just watched it and it was a waste of time, shitty writing, shitty animation, shitty show.
Thanks for nothing, asshole.

It pisses me off when people say SU is an action show because that is incredibly misleading. I was tricked into watching the first episode and it was definitely not an action show.
