There's no basis for this, but I think that she was a 1-off character that they liked enough to bring back.

That or they realized they needed some recurring female characters after the Grim & Evil era, they and figured it'd be easier to bring her back (since Eris is voiced by Rachael MacFarlane, who was the production manager for Grim Adventures and also the voice of Mindy too)

This is all just speculation tho

Eris was probably solely responsible for my love of gapped teeth, even kind of helped me come to terms with my own gap in my teeth as silly as that sounds.

Gotta say though I wasn't fond of the egg-shaped head they gave her in her later appearances. It came with a couple bad design choices, too. A huge goddamn mouth, and enormous irises that dominated her eyes, plus it was like she suddenly didn't have cheeks. The more circular head they used in her early appearances (minus her debut) along with the smaller mouth and only using pupils just looked better.

Not that little-horny-kid me gave a damn or nitpicked that stuff. I just saw a curvy blond with a nice voice and rolled with it.

When I first saw this I thought it was a reaction to the venom...
