Yes each and every one of them had flaws even the original. But I found something enjoyable in each of them.

And I personally look forward to the reboot

I enjoyed AF/UA's more Darker and Mature tone. Even if things weren't exactly handled the best.

Omniverse had such a fun, upbeat contrast to AF/UA, it was almost funny in a good way. It had some shit episodes (Like "Bluick and Driba Go to Mr. Smoothy's" god WHY) but it was still a fun show.

They were some of the best characters in the show, and Trumpibulor was also pretty good.

It got rid of based Good!Kevin as a main character and retconned a lot of good material from UAF. The art style was also completely garbage and it was DOA. Where as UAF tried to take the series somewhere OV just made it regress into what it used to be.

Or how about the Unitrix, or the fucking thousand episodes around The Forever Knights that got boring five seconds in? The fuck happened to the show? The first season was bretty good and relatively interesting, and the wheels just fell off for the other 5 seasons

The difference between the romance in Omniverse and UAF is that in OV the romantic relationships are, for the most part, played up for laughs.

The sad part about Gwen and Kevin is that they could've actually had a really interesting dynamic if they had actually interacted in the original series where Gwen was still a snarky sharped tongued know it all and Kevin was still an asshole.

Like maybe Young Kevin having a Villainous Crush on Gwen and she only scoffs at his advances.

Maybe not like that but I'm still thinking it'd be much better than what we actually got between them.

Personally, something I would like to see is a spin-off that takes place after the original series but before Alien Force that focuses on young Kevin and Argit on the run from space cops and doing illegal shit while having fun doing it.

Maybe throw in some decent character development for Kevin to give a proper explanation for why he wants to change into a better person in Alien Force.

But we know that'll never happen since neither Kevin nor Argit are "Role Models" and Cartoon Network wouldn't allow a show to focus on two Con Artists as the main characters.

She got double crossed by her own rock monsters. They let her fall into a portal because they were sick of being yelled at, after she got btfo by Gwen.

She teamed up with Zombozo and Vulkanus to try and kill Ben and Gwen's family only to fail at that.

She tried to sell the souls of a few thousand people to an old god to get her father back. Only for her father to call her a shit for doing something so horrible and going back to being dead.

Do you mean the reboot? If so, what did they do to him? The original Azmuth from the Original Series was the worst Azmuth. Azmuth got better with each series as the original run progressed, culminating with best Azmuth in Omniverse.

I wish they'd given Aggregor at least one episode to cover the Osmosian retcon, like they intended. Definitely could have done with that in place of that Rath gets controlled by Nyancy-Chan episode. In fact, they should have cut most if not all of the Harem episodes for something more worthwhile.

When I say better writing I mean the show actually depicted its lore in an interesting way. When you learnt new things about the Omnitrix and its aliens or the Plumbers they were actually interesting. Then you look at Alien Force and it recons all the interesting details about the way the universe works into a dumbed down version.

In the movie Azmuth was this selfish character who didn't really care about the universe being destroyed because he felt it was deserved after his creation was misused. When he did come around and allowed Ben to keep the Omnitrix he still had the same selfish attitude and his reaction to Ben's lack of interest in figuring out the Omnitrix was "I like that boy".

In Alien Force he turned into this no nonsense, super serious, strict character who would scold Ben for just about everything he did. He was nothing like the character he was introduced as and even got a new voice actor to match his different personality. And the way he was written it was like he was ALWAYS this way.

I never saw any episodes of Omniverse with him in so I don't know if they fixed this.

Omniverse as a whole did its best to retcon everything AF ruined back to the way it was in the OS. Azmuth is egotistical and condescending to everyone, but has hopes for a greater peace throughout the universe.
