Just recently I started seeing all the edits of this theme song in my youtube recommends. Is the show itself any good, is it just a poor attempt at urban humor, or is it kinda a mix of both?

It's 100% an attempt at shit urban humor, but it can be so-bad-it's good. If you're not looking for that kind of experience, it's absolutely awful. Awful voice acting, music, storielines, and animation that's so choppt it's a slide show.

That being said, I fucking love how ridiculous the show is, and I enjoyed watching it for a while, but it's amusing for only so long.

Also Horatio is the worst thing to exist.

I actually heard his "normal" (pitched down) voice in some video, it's worse because it's so generic and dull, but the original is so high pitched and grating it's only not worse out of being somewhat more original.

If they pitched down his voice just half an octave's worth of frequency he would've been 100x better, maybe.

It's a disasterpiece. It's so bad, so wrong, so utterly terrible in every way, that it's almost impressive.

It is also a time-capsule of early to mid 2000s internet humor. So edgy, so urban, so sleazy; it's like every terrible flash cartoon from 2003.
