Also, I dread DD S3 because I know it will be Born Again and I'm not sure if I can stand to see Matt and everyone he loves suffer. I literally had a nightmare about this recently.

The Hand are an integral part of the Daredevil mythos. that said, season 2 should've been all about the Punisher, maybe with a few hints about the Hand instead of an entire half-season of nothing.

Daredevil was somewhat generic action and season 1 should have really be called The Kingpin, because Daredevil hardly did anything that matters.

Jessica Jones is more of character-driven storytelling and its enjoyability depends on how much fuck are you willing to give. Personally, I liked Jessica Jones better. The plot suffers from sort of Death Note syndrome, but it made sense, at least.

The third one is a bit excessive, I agree. But it's not easy to contain someone who has mind control.

Despite the shit DD season 2 gets, its still a better experience than JJ. The problem with it though was that it seemed like writers werent sure what story to commit to and awkwardly went with both. First 4 episodes are solid, and I really enjoyed the trial of Frank (courtrooms were lacking this season). And while I liked the Hand and the Elektra stuff, I couldnt help but think the entire time "I wonder what Frank is doing right now?". Jessica Jones on the other hand is only interesting because of Cage and Kilgrave. Nothing wrong with Jessica herself, but it got odd seeing her fuck up in stopping Kilgrave

If the show was smart, it would have had other subplots going on. Almost the entire show is dead focused on Kilgrave, and it makes drags so much after a while. I'm baffled what season 2 will be like because everything revolved around Kilgrave. Maybe have an episode focus on Trish.

What they should do for DD season 3 is bring in Bullseye as the season villain and reenact the Elektra death, only using Karen instead. Because I would rather not see them try and think of ways to make Karen relevant again when it clearly doesnt work. Also they should make Bullseye wear pic related, only the mask fully covers his face and the logo is dead center
