The whole point of any teenage subculture is just a cry for attention. There is a reason why people want it, otherwise it's making them sad and miserable. you don't know anything about goths. We will happily make fun of our subculture but we still love it. We know it can be very cheesy at times but enjoy it regardless. And we can be serious about it while acknowledging that it is silly to take it serious.
