Someone explain the logic behind Killer Frost joining this team. I understand her being in DC Superhero Girls because it's an alternate universe. But here? There better be some explanation.

Yeah, I've got high hopes. Katar and Adam are some of my favorite comics characters ever. I hope Hawkman doesn't become too embroiled in cosmic stuff, at least, not in tone perhaps? I'm a big fan of a more sword & sandals Hawkman. If we could get that sort of Katar in space while Adam takes the more traditional sci-fi role, I'd be pleased as punch.

If it's the same Killer Frost that was in Forever Evil, she is very much painted as a tragic character. Give her a method to overcome her energy vampirism through science-y stuff overseen by some of these other Leaguers and it could work.

They need a big, juicy A-lister to keep them out of the chopping block, like Batman on the old JLI.

Martian Manhunter wasn't enough to save JLU or the other JLA, maybe Hal after he sets up the GLC? If the other JL is splitting up after JLxSS, they could keep Batman on JL, and move Supes to JLA.

But my top pick is Walle, he's a tried and tested draw with Titans doing so hot, he'd fit in with the seemingly lighter, younger, more adventurous tone of this book, and he can absolutely fit in two team books, Titans is pratically his solo book
