Other way is with distance, sprint 400metres, jog 400 metres until 2.4 km is covered.
Above all on the test keep running, they are looking for effort.

It's been on the go for a while. It's hard to get the material, because for the most part they don't stick their head above the parapet. Most footage is just them chanting slogans, no positions or grieviances. I'll probably have to mildly cheat and use some yank footage too. Ah, you'll be fine, British Museum is well worth a visit, shouldn't be too bad during the day now that the schools are back. The Tate and Tate Modern are worth popping into, also the Wellcome Institute near Euston is worth a crack. Definitely go to the Imperial War Museum near Kennington, just don't hang around the area too long, fucking right dive of an area.
Covent Garden is fucking overrated, also be aware that there's probably going to be shitloads of roadworks around where you are so getting the bus to places might be a pain in the arse.
