Essentially, Goodreads has set a precedent that if you complain about getting "trolled" you can have bad reviews removed from your books.

In the long run, she and those related to her will lose, because 1) people will get tired of their hysteria 2) They will put themselves forwards as MUH DJOO IDENTITY and will ask for more respect and priviledges for who they are not what they do, which will strengthen our side 3) her book probably sucks, so if it's rated 5 stars and is actually worth 2 or 3, it might redpill some people on what's going on.
