As a Texan, I can speak. OP, if you are bleeding for an engineering job - we need all we can get in San Antonio. There are significant German immigrants here, so you'll feel right at home. Mexicans, of course, are abundant but blacks are far worse considering their crimes to population. If you want to raise a kid here, send them to the charter schools. There's STEM and other magnet programs in abundance here, and best of all - they're nearly nigger free. Don't park your kid at a public high school in any state, ever.
