In all seriousness, the best way for Trump to engage in further outreach is by maintaining his current talking points. American Muslims left the Middle East because of how uneducated, impoverished, and war-torn the place is. This is especially true for immigrants who came before 9/11 on education visas. The last thing they want is all that dysfunction to follow them to the U.S., which would nullify the reason why they moved here in the first place.

As it has been pointed out in this thread their community is very very small still in America. I actually lived right next to a major Arabic/Muslim community growing up and as far as status and wealth they tended to be above most other races. The have the biggest houses, nicest cars, and best community for themselves by far.

They own more small businesses, and are just as successful as the wealthy whites who have been around much longer. In just one generation their community has expanded a shit ton, the elderly who a lot are still alive came over on boats poor as shit and now their sons and grandsons are getting jobs as doctors and lawyers. Bringing in the fuckin Syrians would be a mistake though, they don't do shit.
