The part that is shopped is the summery which says "Number is correct, but fails to mention the cause (poverty, anti-black racism)" what the summery actually says is "totally wrong stats" which is true. The stats are wrong and the source is fake. Politihack is generally full of shit, however this is one case were they are only a little dishonest.
