the percentages of the population of each race are easy to calculate

Because there's no developed country on earth that's majority non white (excluding asian countries such as japan and south korea).
Demographics really do have a lot to do with wealth.
Also, if america starts being majority non white, it will naturally lean more and more to mexico in the long run than with the country used to be a few decades ago. Culturally, socially... Your society will change to an extent you won't recognize it anymore.
