IQ is a meme, mentality is just as important. What a society needs is people with a drive to improve, achieve the best they can.

Besides that, taking in the best applicants from certain regions is certainly good for the country they immigrate to, but bad for the one they come from (i think its called brain drain). We should just close the borders and let the people democratically decide how much aid we send those who where unfortunate enough to be born in a third world shithole.

how is that even related? Just look at our schools and universities, you have tons of people with the credetentials to achieve something meaningful and yet many of them fail. They lack drive, discipline, not intelligence.

How do you intend to fix third world shitholes? Draining anyone that might improve them and sending them food aid to enable them to multiply their population doesn'nt work. Neither does shooting anyone coming to our borders seeking a better future. We need to give the intelligent people coming to us for a future education and then send them back, otherwise we'll be overrun by the thrid world hordes.

it isn't. All i'm saying is that IQ isn't as important as many people make it sound. You need other characteristics to be succesful and i'd wager to claim that they are more important. You don't need to be intelligent for most jobs.
