When I first wrote to alfahir.hu, I just simply told them that there is an FBI document which has leaked before time, and it has Hungarian ties in it. They published this, but the second time when I sent them a huge material on Hillary's health, they completely ignored it.
They have not even thanked me for the first tip, or showed any interest after I told them we have more than 300 pages of material on Clinton's corruption.
So I think the best chance is sending them some material that is directly related to your own country, or at least the region.
