The Langs have to be similar in nature it seems to have a succsessful fusion, and then on top of that the supposed software synthetically "evolves" the language to account for the evolution over time, think like Old English to contemporary. From what little we've seen, the algorithm is pretty smart. It can detect some pretty lengthy noun clusters.

If you're trying to transition folks from auditory to visual communication, it's best to use both simultaneously when teaching them.
This is why parents sound out words and letters when teaching their children to read and ASL instructors sign slowly while saying each word they sign.
Eventually, the auditory aspect is no longer necessary, and the visual communication form can become the sole focus. As the visual form becomes more comfortable, speed increases are natural.
