Forget about this sterilisation/abortion bullshit. Offer compensation to all non-whites who will voluntarily renounce their citizenship and leave. And then those who will not leave will be deported without any compensation. Make it clear that these are the only two options. Have open immigration to all decent white folk, and no entry to everyone else. Ban abortion and contraception. It will still exist on the black market but it shouldn't be easy to aquire. Make all sex that isn't between a husband and wife illegal. Again fornication will still occur but it will no longer be mainstream and acceptable in polite society. Offer economic incentives to normal, productive couples to have children. End all forms of feminism, legally and culturally, and return man to the head of the household. Divorce only allowed if the woman cheats on the man.

On top of that, there is a consistent and strong correlation between higher education levels and having a liberal/leftist affiliation, so that would make things even worse. 3. How? 4. I think a large swath of the population being disenfranchised would create trouble implementing this. And, when IQ's are compared between countries on a global scale, the standard practice is to define the European average as 100, then compare those countries to that. Since Europeans are only 1/7 or so of the population, the "global average" is not 100.
