It looks to me like he's trying to strip HRC's email address from outgoing email threads, not trying to delete her emails. He just wants to set up a system to remove her email from any outgoing mail that may get into the uncontrolled hands.
So, how is it that people are misreading this and thinking he's asking about deleting important information? I simply do not get that when I read his plebbit comments.
Now, I think it's something else entirely that he wanted to hide her email, but that's a different legal question altogether. Someone fucking tell me how they think 'stripping her email' from outgoing mails == 'deleting her emails'.

It wasn't his call to strip the email address, that was just to have limit the scope of discovery because the email were requested the day before.

No I never saw anything regarding r/conspiracy and him, except for maybe one post. That post might be in the archive somewhere, I don't know where. Could check his post history.

I searched the something awful posts right after the Parkinsons Blackberry one came out and I did find old posts from him but not that one. But they seem to be frantically deleting this guys entire web history as fast as they can and sanitizing it, so I suspect that things are disappearing. The stuff that remains at Something Awful didn't seem to have much of value, other than to show that he's all over the internet with the same username and password.
