well, a few things could happen

1.) The house pressures the DOJ to admit they didn't know about this, at which point he should lose his immunity and they'd probably recommend to indict him for willfully destroying evidence. The FBI would get involved again.

2.) DOJ states this was part of the immunity deal and he's covered, at which point the House will flip the fuck out that the DOJ basically just pardoned someone for willfully destroying evidence. This will lead to investigations of people at the DOJ and possibly the FBI.

3.) He shows up and pleads the 5th to absolutely everything, which would be the smart move on his part. The DOJ may or may not revoke immunity and he still may very well end up taking the fall.

Either way, Hillary looks really, really bad but odds are there's no direct evidence roping her into it. That said, based on his posts, seems like there's a good chance someone is going to jail. Only question is who.

Immunity Agreements are basically a contract based on a quid pro quo. You do this, and in turn we do something else. He broke the contract.

Now what may happen is that they have a nice sit down and explain things to him and let him have a another shot at testifying, but his actions after the fact have taken that option off the table.

You can answer questions like name, etc, but once you answer any question without invoking the 5th, it implies waiving the 5th for that entire session. So even answering to "do you like peanut butter" can mean you are forced to answer "did you help dismember the 30 dead hookers in the trunk".
