Was a complete fucking retard during the Battle of Britain. He was just there because he was an ace in WWI but he was a fuckup as commander of the Luftwaffe. He just had to keep bombing away at RAF airfields and the war would've been over in that theater. But no he accidentaly bombed London and instead of admitting his mistake he had to be a showman and continue down the path of retardation. That destroyed the Luftwaffe and in turn gave the Allies complete air superiority.

1) Put Speer in charge of armaments production. Listen to his advice. Turn the economy into a full blown war economy from day one.
2) Mass produce assault rifles (stg's) and phase out outdated rifles, this war is more mobile and the infantry needs the best weapons for long and close range combat.
3) Focus on building thousands upon thousands of Panzer 4's with long barrelled 75mm guns and StUG III's/IV's. Don't bother with too many different types. Also, Adolf, the Soviet Union is currently in possession of several tens of thousands of tanks. Just so you know, kay?
4) Don't bother with V2/rocket tech until after the war for space travel. For now focus on Jet planes. Invest in this and produce this from day 1.
5) Don't bother bombing English cities. Keep spamming planes, and bomb the shit out of their airfields/air force. Good luck.

You don't really understand, if they spent resources on heavy bomber, then tactical air force would suffer, and tactical air force was one of main reasons for German success in Poland and France.

German tactical bombers were useless in the Battle of Britain. Medium bombers were not enough.
The Americans and the Anglos killed the german indutry because they had huge amounts of heavy bombers that could fly to Germany from England. England MUST be occupied.

That was later, and they did try to develop He-177 but it was plagued by the idiotic decision to make it both a heavy bomber and a dive bomber.

He pushed really fucking hard for prioritizing bombers over fighters with the result of the Luftwaffe not being able to replace losses in the BoB, bombers getting shredded (and losing shittons of crew), IIRC he was also behind asinine concepts such as the schnellbomber - fitted with diving brakes that increase drag for no fucking reason as dive bombing with a plane as big as the Ju88 is beyond retarded. Then there's the London bombings and the Bf109 having shit autonomy, which got fixed way too late.

He was kind of right in that regard as early jets such as the Me-262 were lackluster, particularly engines wise and didn't have diving brakes which would've helped against bombers.

I imagine Germany would fall by late 1944 with this big a fiasco of an eastern front.

The fact of the matter is that Germany had zero chance to win WW2 at any point, the lend lease effectively ensured that Germany could never match allied production even before the US formally declared war, and the German population was never large enough to defeat the combined efforts of the US, British Empire, and Soviet Union. Germany collapsing faster and with less resistance would mean fewer white deaths in the long run on the eastern front, the Soviets alone lost 20 million people in WW2 alongside about 8 million Germans, killed mostly by Soviet soldiers. If the eastern front collapses by 1943 or 1944 than potentially 10-15 millions fewer whites might die in the war.
