Couple things...

1. She's free to flip him off, even on his property. She technically dindu nuffin wrong in that regard.

3. The school zone thing was a silly technicality. School zones are huge and it's not like there's kids permeating the entire area all day.

4. He was within his rights to follow her and take down her information. She claimed he was following her for a long time, and I believe it only because he was still there when the police showed up to figure out the situation. You can't stalk someone, even if they're an asshole, but it sounds like he just wanted to follow her until the police arrived so he could see how they dealt with her.

5. He really shouldn't have called the police on her. She may have been obnoxious but he overreacted to someone just being a liberal asshole. She was within her free speech to flip him off. The proper course of action would have been to notify police of her conduct and information incase of a future incident. Still, I guess at least this way an officer had direct experience with her crazyness incase anything is done to his property.
