I was back in my beloved Paris by chance in July 2013. I was with my family, wife and children. I hadn't been since 2004, and before that frequently when I was a student in Paris in 1989.

In 1989, it was very crowded and bustling, full of French people, tourists and a smattering of other European people.

In 2004, there were noticeably more Arab faces, and the place had the unmistakable sense of fear just below the surface, about what you would expect on, say, the Washington D.C. Metro line at 9pm when a bunch of black teens come on a train.

In July, 2013, though...I can't even describe it. The only French faces were the few militarized cops. Everyone else, hundreds and hundreds of people, were black. They were in groups smoking, laughing, rough-housing, yelling. There were wild-eyed young men walking up and down the platform, shirts off, glistening in sweat, looking around for a challenge.

We walked into this unaware. At first, they thought I was French, or maybe British or Irish. A few walked close to my daughter on purpose to see if I'd say or do anything, the way niggers all over the world test the envelope for weakness. I pushed him away and snarled something in obvious American English, letting them know I was no European. Not bragging or anything, I'm not a huge fighter, but I'm a big guy and can stand my own. I went to Paris in 2002.

Hands down, without equal, the worst city in all of Europe.

It was fucking FILTHY (I mean only the South of Italy and Thailand on a Sunday morning could compete with the level of putrid filth caked over that city) and it was like being in an African slum town. Just fucking swamped by Africans everywhere. Then in the outer suburbs were just A-rabs straight outta Bankstown and what I think might have been Gypsises - or Just a hell of a lot of weathered looking homeless French people.

I mean - If you thought L.A. was bad, this is a whole other level.

Basically this. Went on a yuro trip starting in Istanbul, then to Berlin, Koln, Brussels, Paris and came back from London.

Berlin was so amazing that every where else felt weak, but especially Paris was fucking garbage. Much to my shock, as we were exiting the subway and entering Paris for the first time, we were greated to a sea of just fucking black people. I couldn't believe my eyes. Then as we walked around, trying to find a decent hotel, we noticed the trash covered streets, and classical monuments (like in the trailer) covered in trash and graffiti.

The areas around Luxemburg Park, Pantheon, Eyeful tower, etc were all better, but as a whole, Paris was a shit city, full of trash, piss and annoying people.
