Raleigh here, voted best big city in the entire southeast. We don't have many stupid googles here because of our high degree ownership rate. Most people who live in the triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) have at least a bachelors degree because of our multiple world class universities. Blacks here don't really give a shit unless you go to a college campus. A lot of the poorer blacks especially don't care because they have to work for a living.
