The real redpill is that the government at big corporations are working together to take down unions and expensive us workers by replacing with low skilled immigrants. essentially forcing everyone into poverty. The poverty is the end result, the cause is different.

Funny thing, I was talking to my wife today on the phone and she's visiting her father, a retired union bigwig. She says his powerful union (with which he still has some involvement) has totally changed its tone on pensions, and instead of fighting for cushy retirement benefits for theit workers like they did for decades they're instead pushing equal government stipends for everyone, union or not. It's apparently a big shift in tone and my wife took it to mean they're abandoning the working-class to push for full socialism instead.

Yeah, it's only a matter of time before this shit is pushed onto us without getting a say. And retarded 18 year old liberals will be begging for it.

I just don't know what the end game is. Why are they importing cheap workers when they could easily get much cheaper work in asia. No matter how cheap it is here in the US, it will always be cheaper in asia because there are no standards out there. I don't understand the hardon for socialism and cheap labor here.
