The entire narrative is wrong. There was no ''family'' and the people who were friends with him tell about how evidence was faked to link Charles Manson to the crime scenes. They make very compelling arguments.

I haven't read any articles. That's just the kind of shit I've gathered from watching all the interviews and documentaries on the case.
The interviews with the ''family members'' are very interesting. These are just harmless hippies. They're nothing like the batshit insane Susan Atkins who blamed the guy for everything. She just looks brainwashed and talks about how Manson is Jesus.
It's all interesting and there are too many conspiracy theories to sift through.
