Just be very careful about it. Don't go full "migrants have to be thrown out". Be more like "the amounts are unreasonable and unsustainable". Telling them the overly liberal immigration policy is only fuelling the growth of the political elements they dislike can also work. Avoid picking sides overtly, and just pick apart their arguments, because if they can associate you with undesirable elements they'll dismiss you out of hand and possibly give you trouble for it.
They are basically saying: If you agree with trump you are stupid and rayciss.

What you need to do is keeping me your mouth shut or playing along and studying the attitudes and ways of thinking of the people around you. Then try to SUBTLY redpill them one-on-one over time.
To solve your problem (getting emotional, provoked) you should try to think of yourself as a "spy" or a subverter on a mission or something. The point is to actively condition yourself, to think these thoughts often enough to make it a core attitude towards this kind of situations, so it will be easier to contain yourself, because it will "trigger" your trained attitude
Try not feeling defensive, but in control and on the offense(since your gathering information and they have no clue of your true intentions etc.)
