It depends on how fine you want the ashes to be. Pure ash take the longest, you can pull out earlier but you'll get increasing amount of bone, teeth and nails as you pull out earlier. I'm assuming the Nazis just wanted the bodies burnt for compact burial which means it's unfair to compare it to modern burning.
Also im not sure how you got those figures but cremation time depends on body weight at about 65kg per hour. I'm not a historical expert on Nazi tech but it's very easy to build a faster crematorium than modern ones. Modern ones are basically big brick houses with burners. They don't even turn it on at full blast to preserve the bricks.
