You could have documents and video evidence released tomorrow that conclusively prove and show without a shadow of a doubt, Obama and Clinton cutting someones head off while shouting Allah Snackbar and they'd turn up on TV, shrug their shoulders while passing FBI and DoJ representatives a briefcase full of cash. and as for the "friday" timing, even that doesn't matter. early this week it was virtually proven that Hillary's team lied to the FBI and DOJ about hiding emails. Nobody outside of conservative media gives a damn. The NY Times has not even mentioned it yet.
The DOJ and FBI supposedly have some degree of independence, but the fact is that Obama has a lot of control over their behavior, and he's actively campaigning for Hillary so, as bongbro pointed out, nothing really matters this close to the election.
