But back in 2013 the Fourth Appeals Court ruled that simply carrying a firearm is not grounds for the police to consider a crime is occurring. Just because the police see you have a gun doesn't mean they can stop you, frisk you, or demand to see your identification. They absolutely can't order you to drop your weapon unless you're engaged in some kind of criminal behavior or are holding your gun in a reckless manner.

While I don't necessarily mind seeing dead niggers, I don't like seeing the police come after people (regardless of race) just because they're exercising their second amendment rights.
