We have neutered our males. The original thought-forms in play here were birthed out of the second World War's horrors, and the movement gained steam through ensuing decades until finally it became mainstream, in schools as curriculum and saturating movies and other media, especially TV. We got 'em young and browbeat and programmed the natural male behaviors out of them. All in hopes of preventing more world wars. In recognition of the fact that these wars were largely started and carried out by men acting on their natural aggressive, violent urges and tendencies. A little extra civilizing would've probably been fine, and understandable, but we took it all WAY too far.

Despite the Trump shills showing up in full force to tell you "it's because the modern male has become weak" or "because they're CTR" or other various stupidity; the actual reason is that he has actually said that he would consider using nuclear weapons on more than one occasion as well as casually stated that he is more than willing to commit a multiple other war crimes that range from intentionally killing civilians to bringing back waterboarding, which we struggled with deciding if that's actually torture, but also "much much worse than that" as he puts it.

When you combine that with his attempts to alienate our North American and European allies as well as his kowtowing to Russia and complimenting their aggression against their neighbors, we come to the conclusion that he is trying to get America to piss off enough people to break our treaties and shun our nation. The moment he drops a nuke, there would be a coalition formed against the US which, if we were lucky, would start with economic sanctions, but would likely escalate to worse.

"He's going to start WW3" is just a way to summarize all that.
