First you will need your provisional licence. Then you either get someone that knows how to drive to teach you, or you get some professional instruction (it's quite expensive). Then you take a theory then practical test. Pass both of those and you get your real licence.

I recommend going for a professional driving instructor. They know more about what they need to teach to get you through the test. I recommend Red.
