I used to think democracy was bad but I've changed my mind largely after reading history, particularly after WW2.

Democracy means we can swap people out that aren't effective. It requires the population to be educated and political conscious obviously. Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia are good examples of what happens when there's no merit based system keeping things in check. Only the cruelest and most brutal rose to the top of these regimes.

I don't like the US system of politics. two-party system is flawed in my belief. I like the westminister system we have in australia and britain. everyone votes for the parties that represent them and they duke it out in politics. Many parties representing many people

Nationals are the party of country people. Farmers and miners etc and get 10% of the vote
