Pro-Russian party in Bulgaria means a party which wants closer relations with Russia instead of EU/NATO. They are nationalists, but on paper only. The issue with them is that they are Russian financed, ergo they dont work much in interest of our state, this is why they are not voteable. That is valid for every nationalistic party here. In fact there is no need of extra nationalistic parties, because the average Bulgarian as well as the average Bulgarian politician is nationalistic anyway, regardless of the party he is member of.

Because we have two, one which wont get even 2% (DOST), a really pro-turkish party, and the Russian financed DPS, which is basically only existing to steal. How close they are with Turkey we saw when they supported Russia during the RUssian-Turkish conflict this year.

There are so many theories what we are and where we came from. Most people agree that we are originally mix of 3 groups: Thracians, bulgars or proto-bulgarians and slavs. Thracians are the local people who lived in the balkans, they are something like dacians or celts. Bulgars came from central Asia, step-mongols, praise Tangra/Tengri and horse archery. The slavs are from the west balkans. When bulgars came they mixed with the thracians and later with slavs. In my personal opinion(pls don't kill me you angry slavs) we are 70% thracians, 15% bulgars, 10%slavs and 5% some others like turks, greeks, romanians and serbians.
This is one of the many theories. Pro-russians will tell you that we are slavs, some others that we are bulgars. Yet the truth is out there unknown.
