Tons of people have something called "stop orders" which means that after the price reaches certain point it will automatically trigger a sell order. People being people, they like round numbers. I bet my left testicle that many MANY people have stop orders on DB at 10.

This of course means that the moment it touches 10, many "people" (bots more likely) will go out to sell at the same time which will further drag down the price and then you will have you habbening.
