After the debate, I checked on the house oversight calender and found it wasn't on there either. I was second guessing myself as I could've sworn there was a email hearing the morning after first debate.
I even tried to find the original schedule on google cache and wayback machine, but to no avail. Glad I wasn't the only one confused by this!
