Well the way i look at it is simple. Psy-ops is a means to an ends (or a mode of analyzing information channels). Does this make it bad or good? No. The truth is what is good and if the "truth" IS good and True, then psyops is not subversion in any greater manner than declaring gravity is what keeps us to the ground or that the earth is not flat. Or in this case, that Hillary is a crook and everything she touched is corrupt.
Just as we need the truth, we need a rhetoric to keep the truth in peoples minds without distorting it. In a large manner, all of us have beliefs about the world that we present as true under the assumption that this truth is important. I believe few will disagree given that all objective standards (law, moral reasoning, logic and understanding of politics) agree with us as well. Its just few have the "mental attention" or the "will" to look. And so need it to be presented to them in as simple and convincing a fashion.
To me there are two kinds of truth. Facts or connections and axioms or principles of reasoning.
The understanding of "conflicts of interest" in most people is elementary at best. But that picture IMMEDIATELY gets people to understand the dilemma in full. This puts it into both categories but the real value is in the second. You are literally changing the way people think in a positive manner by equipping them with new tools of reasoning.
A Psy-Ops aimed at increasing public critical awareness and skill is as good as it gets for me. I think all of us want to be able to fix the problem and part of why the media/ corporations/ politicians spend so much time on "awareness" related campaigns is because they are just as important to fixing the "problem" (or getting results in their case) as anything else.

Only a worthless fool would rather turn back into the abyss than live on with his new found knowledge.
