I do not have answers because I think that such a movement would be crushed during its infancy, or at least before it became even vaguely threatening to the globalist powers.

It would require well placed and likeminded individuals in politics and business, as well as massive funding. Even so, the project would face endless sanctions, making it virtually impossible.
