The government hit him and his brother up for $3.5 million in death taxes based on his property valuation. Both him and his brother work in the business and work hard for their money. They got fucked royally by .gov. They had to take out loans against their properties to pay the taxes. There is no reason for this, they had already paid taxes on that money, and paid property taxes on their property. Why should they be taxed again on money and property that was already taxed?
