They would have to contact your ISP and figure out who used that IP at that point in time (specifically if you have a dynamic IP). The only way they could realistically figure out who you are is if you told them. Usually that's done through phishing or somehow getting you to install a keylogger. Best they can do otherwise is guess at your general location.

If you're looking at google maps on your computer, that would be because they've cached your address at some point in time and linked it to your google account. If you're searching on your phone, your phone has an actual GPS that will display its location, Google can use that function. I just tried it on my computer and best Google could do is find my city, which is about the par for what you can expect from just knowing an IP.

IP range isn't a exact location, usually a range is owned by a certain ISP or corporation. Ex: If Bellsouth (before AT&T) owned 111.111.xxx.xxx then all IPs with that range would probably be in the Southeastern US. That's a pretty big margin of error for finding a shitposter.

The wireless survey one probably works ok as long as you have a GPS enabled device that has connected to your current IP before and live in a populated area. Which again, is the main driving force for finding you. IP alone wont do it. The other two methods seem to just be more of the same stuff you see when you search for your IP on google. IP geolocation is the typical method and its super inaccurate in my experience. I'm honestly not sure how different a result "Known Coordinates" would get for the typical residential connection.

Sweet spot for wireless survey is probably living in the suburbs of a big city. If you live in a big city (NYC for example) then you'll find the apartment building and that's about it. Would be like when we found CTR's office building and then didn't really know which floor it was on. Accurate in scale but missing the last step. In the suburbs it could possibly track you down to your house.

For the most part that is still an approximation though so I wouldn't really be worried.
