Depends on the theory you believe in.
If you believe in the multiverse theory, there are an infinite amount of universes which are all unique. Our universe itself is finite, which means there is a border which is expanding constantly, and that means it slowly pulls stars and planets more apart from eachother, eventually leading to a universe where everything is so much apart that everything just cools down.
After that happens, there will be an implosion where everything starts to contract, until all the planets and stars collide with eachother and destroy everything, after which all life is gone and the universe starts expanding again.
We can only escape this fate as humans if we find a wormhole and travel through this wormhole into a universe which obeys similiar laws in physics and supports life in itself.
Outside our universe's border there is nothing, not even time. No colors, no life.
