AFAIK I can't think of anything he did that was bad. People blame him for ISIS , but it was Dubya who decided to poke the hornet's nest in Iraq. All he did was pull out (the majority of the American people and the Iraqi gov't wanted the troops to withdraw so I don't think it would have been possible for him to stay desu.)
People blame him for the deficit but it was Dubya who tanked the economy with hsi tax cuts for the 1% and costly wars.
Analysis shows that his plans produced better job growth and a recovery than Romey or McCain's plans would have anyway.

Most of his "accomplishments" are simply signing the bills that congress put in front of him, following the Bush timelines in Iraq and Afghanistan, and taking credit for the short term benefits of fed policies that are of dubious quality.
His party under his leadership has lost control of congress, made no progress electing state governors, and has produced a successor that is having problems competing with a reality TV personality for the presidential race. He's damaged his party brand so I'm not really sure why democrats love him.
