#OperationSamson

The DNS was merely the first step. It wont stop there.

I would like to remind you that before it, a monster of exponential proportions was proposed - SOPA, or the "Stop Online Piracy Act".

That bill would have been the last nail in the freedom of speech coffin, effectively granting both government and corporations the ability to enforce censorship at will.
Cred Forums, where so much "copyright-infringing" stuff is posted? Gone on the first week, along with every single website containing freedom of speech as violating that pact is a core element in actually being free.

Do not be mistaken fellow anons, they WILL come back. This time, they will be far more organized.

What we do is we prepare. We build an arsenal of collection of redpill material that was never supposed to spread in the mainstream.

Our own 2nd amendment that is supposed to protect us against tyrants trying to censor us - our Samson option where we take the rest of the internet with us.

>What do we do now?

Dump redpill material. Download the posted redpill material. Build your folders.

Spread it through Cred Forums and every other board. Mobilize and prepare enough anons.

It doesn't matter what your ideology is or if you agree with most of the stuff in it - we can all agree that if spilled at and spammed in mainstream social websites, it might as well cause the next revolution.

You know our capabilities - we influenced the election of the United States, so nothing is impossible. They know that too and this exact move is what they've been scared of for a long time.

>What kind of redpill material

Everything you have. We will arrange importance at a later point. Stuff like this for an example:

youtube.com/watch?v=5Vekf_2952U

Imagine Bernie supporters or modern leftists in general being exposed to the first two minutes of this speech.

The censoring tyrants realize the power unrestricted free speech has, and they know that it can influence masses harder than any propaganda can.

Get prepared lads and dump some stuff if you have it.

The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) was a controversial United States bill introduced by U.S. Representative Lamar S. Smith (R-TX) to expand the ability of U.S. law enforcement to combat online copyright infringement and online trafficking in counterfeit goods. Provisions included the requesting of court orders to bar advertising networks and payment facilities from conducting business with infringing websites, and web search engines from linking to the websites, and court orders requiring Internet service providers to block access to the websites. The proposed law would have expanded existing criminal laws to include unauthorized streaming of copyrighted content, imposing a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

SOPA IS AN AMERICAN SHITTY PROPOSAL
THE ICANN GOING INDIPENDENT AND INTERNATIONAL IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO!
the fact you named Sopa is proof that the americans are the Real Censors.
so fuck off

>attempting to control the flow and spread of information over the Internet
>A system designed during the Cold War to ensure continued communication and control of military installations during and after an all-out nuclear strike against the USA

Let me know how that works out for you.

Wouldn;t a massive botnet that just floods the internet with useless information, rendering it completely unuseable, be just as, if not more effective then this?

If we're gonna take the internet out when shit hits the fan, I'd suggest doing it right at the very least.

Russia is routinely blocking websites in their country. China has a fucking censorship firewall.

Europe is no exception and blocks a lot of Youtube videos for an example, with some countries inside it straight up jailing you for hatespeech.

The USA was the only place where that process didn't occur so much. Now, they have as much of a say in that as has Russia and China. And it will only get worse.

The point is not to completely take down the internet, rather, spill material that would otherwise not reach the mainstream. Stuff that if spammed enough and seen by enough people, might as well cause the next revolution. Imagine the entire population worldwide being exposed to the stuff posted here

You would need a majority of the online connected devices to even think this would be possible.

It's not though. Core and Border routers have more than enough processing power to drop these packets at line speed with little to no impact on overall performance.

You underestimate the hardware you're up against

you can route that with DNS changes, huh? surprising!
8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
how about Russia blocking at DNS level Pornub.ru and not the .com and only at dns level again
>leave china out of this my man, they have an intranet, an extremely filtered at that. you can't speak about internet freedom and talking about china

yes, yes, good goy.
Route all your DNS requests through google. You can trust them

There are good privacy focused DNS providers out there, google is not one of them

brah it was an example, google's are just the fastest here

What about turning the hardware against itself?

You know, appropriating military systems. All hypothetical of course, for anyone that might be monitoring this thread.

I can gather 3 people in a room and have absolute unrestricted speech and basically speak whatever the fuck I want.

That's not the point. The point is to have a huge mass of internationally-connected people, like on this place, and have free speech with all of them.
That way, we form a connected body that no government can take out because they might try to censor their people, but they can't censor the rest of us. Having to go through direct IPs will cut at least 80% of our traffic, and we'll basically end up like 2^3chan currently is - too small to be relevant.

You can already see that we were a major influence on the election outcomes which has actually never happened before. We'll only grow further and have more and more influence, to the point its actually impossible to take us down. They are all well aware of that, so preventing mainstream access to our site and separating the head from the body is what they desire the most.

Yes, we can maintain some discussion here by going through the hassle of different ways to access this website, but what the fuck is the point if we're going to lose our body and with it, the action to influence?

fair enough, i just prefer they don't know which porn sites i go to. Private internet access has a free DNS server thats pretty good

dude I had a little blue bible that had that pic in it

The NSA did apparently get a bunch of backdoors into Cisco and Redback hardware.

Ideally you'd need to go after the Peering hardware. The shit that processes the National and international interconnect points.

That could be done either directly (physically destroy) or via remote connection (Hack/obtain access to ISP network, then remote access to hardware).

I'm definitely going to be on a list for this. Just kidding ASIO?

Sounds like it would be extremely difficult, but entirely feasible.

And yeah, its just a thought experiment.

Let's start with this

Anything is possible through the easiest method of all.

Social Engineering. Hell, you wouldn't even need to hack the network. All you'd need is some lazy ass Domain administrator at some ISP who remotes into work from home.

>Russia is routinely blocking websites in their country
And this blocking is a complet joke, that any barely tech ilterrale 5 years old can bypass.

Yes, for now.

What happens when governments agree worldwide that places like Cred Forums are dangerous and decide to directly ban it from being hosted on their territory?

Not a single politician will try to defend it as he is risking his entire career for a place like this. You might wake up one day and it will all be over.

The chance is low, but still exists, so we should prepare in the case it actually does happen. Stockpile, lay down and stay calm for when the happening finally happens

Also this guy pulled most stuff that he wrote straight out of his ass.

Currently dumping what other anons dumped yesterday, but I agree that we should have a more organized .rar that everyone can simply click on and download with a single click.

Not a lot of people will bother going through all those images and downloading them.

Do you honestly think normies are going to read all this?

Not a chance, which is exactly why we need to compile all this stuff and extract the most valuable pieces of it

If someone here has the time to do that and set up an archive with the core files, by all means do it

...

ok so someone explain to me (in detail, not just OMG AMERICA IS HANDING OVER THE INTERNET)

how is this exactly bad? I mean, isn't this just basically changing who is in charge of the domain names? That's it, it's just fucking domain names. And it's not like there is only one DNS provider these days , right? What is stopping me from just switching to another DNS provider if my ISP starts using the UN servers? Do I live in afucking tree and I don't know what dns are? how is this a big deal?

I haven't read the whole thread so I don't know if anyone has stated this yet, but the Sampson story in the bible - where he pulls down the two columns to destroy his enemies - clearly states that it was 3000 who died that day. A very close approximation of what happened on 9/11. (((dancing Israelis)))

Someone is pulling down America.

It's not as much because of the whole DNS stuff as it is in general. We should've done this long ago when they started proposing all those censorship bills

The point in this is to create a backbone of freedom of speech, so in case something DOES happen to it (regardless if it is ICANN's fault or a successful SOPA bill), we start spilling this all over every single social media so the outcome of their censorship ironically ends up being more freedom of speech. Read up on "Streisand Effect"

Again, it might not happen today or tomorrow, but we should be prepared for the day it actually does happen. The point of this thread is to explore this critical vulnerability and create some kind of an archive that stores a summary of most of the important redpills we've gone through.
Anons then proceed to simply download that archive and store it on their computers in case something happens. That's it.

...

bullshit. delete this.

Also, a lot of other pics you posted are not really informative.

I haven't even checked what most of those pics are, I'm just dumping a list of what other anons dumped in the thread yesterday.

I agree that we should have someone filter all the bullshit from them tho. We also need anons willing to put the most important stuff together so even the ADHD kids are able of reading them

evening time, time to hack.

youtube.com/watch?v=-UJ9K8lMxPA

>ban it from being hosted on their territory

they will migrate to countries that allow it.

You can use many torrent trackers that constantly change server location as well, but watch what happens with every next shutdown - normal people just stop seeking them. The only people who keep using them are those who are already used to the internet. They are ensuring that the majority stay away from them, and that's actually their sole point.

It's the same with communication - sure, you can code a very simple chat client that no one will be able to ban, but the point isn't in connecting with a small minority of people who know how to find their ways to you, the point is to stay connected with the majority and to ensure that they don't fall to the faulty promises of marxism and statism, as they've recently begun in the entire Western world.

The sole reason that is even happening is because of the overwhelming propaganda power of the media, but sites like this have slowly grown to sizes that quite literally match the media in propaganda ability. We will only continue to grow while they will continue to shrink, and they realize that perfectly.

That's why they will try to use the exact same tactic they use on torrent trackers - shut down and disperse them once they become big enough by separating the head (the smart minority) from the body (the majority).

We should prevent this place from being dispersed in that way at any cost, and creating an archive with a summary of everything we've went through in the recent years is an excellent way to do so. Creating a common state of preparation to spread the contents of the archive through massive spam in case something happens is the exact definition of a Streisand Effect, or what any censoring entity fears.

It is like, for an example, Kickass or TPB users preparing to go through a massive spam on every forum, social media and youtube video with a dump of their .torrent files, telling people that there is no need to buy stuff when they're one click away from getting it for free. No one would even dare poking them or let alone shutting them down if they had the organization to do that

And if they did shut them down, they'd only come out in a worse position than before shutting them down

wtf is happening
are u guys on steroids again

MOST IMPORTANT REDPILL

IF THERE'S WAR, Cred Forums WINS

thats absolutely false and the fact its not ironic is cringeworthy

Someone should go to 8 and make a thread there as well. Might be able to mobilize some valuable people there who will help us sort all this stuff

Parts of it are true, because the USA has grown absolutely dependent on its interstate connection. It hasn't been disrupted in a century and is pretty much like a person who drove his entire life without walking a step. The moment you plug out the interstate connection, the country collapses into near-irrelevancy. A mere fraction revolting against the government and occupying key areas would cause such an insane capital flight that no matter who ends up winning, recovery would pretty much be impossible.

It doesn't matter if the military defects to the revolt or not, what matters is that capital will spread worldwide and will never return to that unsafe nation. That is exactly why preventing dissent that can cause a civil war is top priority for the government, and they will do anything in their power to censor political cells (such as this site) that are capable of causing it.

you'd need a high IQ society with a tradition of freedom to maintain peace and stability afterwards, otherwise a new government will come in its place and become corrupt once again and whites in america are already at 60% only.

You can take down governments but you can't revert dysgenics.

but torrenting is bad and it kills the artists

Of course it is against their interest to prevent a civil war, but I don't think that it is heated enough in the USA for such a disaster to happen. They have no other choice, but to follow the interests of the american people.

That's quite debatable. I'd take the stance of the free market on this one, which states that if it is THAT easy to be pirated then it wasn't supposed to be sold in the first place. A government interfering into that does nothing beneficial and only causes inefficiency.

I'll give you books as an example. Sure, authors will make a fuckton if they weren't piratable. But would that increase quality?
Are the highest quality books the bestsellers, or are they rather the free classics that passionate authors wrote for the sake of writing and not money?

Another one, software. Take Microsoft as an example. Is a fucking OS producing company seriously worth the half trillion it currently is valued at? People are writing quality operating systems for absolutely free anyway. They are well capable of operating and producing the exact same quality of an OS with some market cap of 20-30bil, not 443b

What was the benefit of benefiting the "artist" in that case and allowing Microsoft to stockpile so much money by the government interfering into the market and enforcing copyright? Did we end up with a higher quality Windows? Or did their other projects, like the shitty smartphone they keep pushing, ended up being higher quality than the others?
This is an example where government intervening with the market and enforcing copyright caused inefficiency in the control and flow of $500b of investment

Another example is music. Do you seriously think that people gifted with the ability to sign would just stop producing music, because the government stopped enforcing their copyrights?

They'd be absolutely fine with a middle class income, and even then the music industry would be oversaturated with singers. They would do it for free and the social status boost alone.

Another example of government enforcing and protecting the capital of people that shouldn't possess it in the first place. Those people then go on to buy shiny bullshit like cars and useless mansions. They are probably the most inefficient group when it comes to capital control, and you can thank the copyright laws for that.

>ability to sign
